The work for meds program is where patient members trade hours of work for their medication. To qualify, members must show a hardship exists and be capable of performing the job available. Tasks include: yard and garden maintenance, light house cleaning chores, property trash outs, dump runs, interior and exterior house painting, minor house or tenant improvements, digital and technical website or graphic design work; pruning, trimming and curing flowers, and other projects as they come up in the collective.
Prospective members should join the collective and submit a resume and a cover letter indicating availability and desire for work for meds program and in what capacity your skills may compliment the collective's needs.
Compensation is based on members skill levels, experience and motivation. Current labor exchange rates from $10.00 - $20.00 per hour.
